Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Sartell

First I want to thank them for strictly adhering to the 2020 covid social distancing laws. Excellent job! Clean, good food woth ample servings, friendly staff who wore masks. Thank you so much highly recommend.

Food is cold by the time it gets to your table and it takes about 40 minutes to even make it to your table....they dont even bother to take drink orders until you have sat for 10 minutes.

Walked in and wasn't greeted. Looked like 2 hosts busy with more sitting down off to the side. Nasty cough coming from the kitchen. Good service once finally seated though.

Every single time I order to go or online my order is messed up in some way. the manager only says we can fix it if you come back. Like dude you should fire yourself and whoever does the online orders.

At first my boyfriend and I didn't like going to this one in particular because it always felt like you were bothering the staff. We stopped going for half a year and when we came back it was completely different. Staff is attentive, friendly and nice, restaurant is cozy and clean, prices aren't insane. We love going and we try to go once every other week.

Great tasting and fresh food, wonderful wait staff, and gracious hostess. Nice clean and well-lit dinning area.

Our server tonight was Alyssa and she was amazing! We love Perkins the food is always great! The service is a lot better than we’ve had in the past, even the manager Jami came and checked on us several times. Thanks Perkins for a wonderful experience, we will definitely return very soon!!

Food always good and fast prompt service. I always love going to Ponca City and eating here.

We usually do not choose Perkins because it is hit or miss. Glad we gave it a shot today! Seated right away and served drinks. The server, Stormi, was friendly and eager to take our order. The food came out in less than 15 minutes hot and was cooked perfectly to order.

Good food, good service.

Service was good, friendly and attentive server. Food was mediocre at best, nothing to brag about. Pancakes and french toast were bland, eggs and potatoes were fine. Biscuits and gravy were disappointing. Used to go to Perkins on my travels to the East coast, but my expectations may have been too high here. Will look to try another breakfast option here in Ponca City.

Very slow service, ordered our meal and then others came in 10 minutes after us, got their meal first. we still sat for 45 minutes until we decided to leave. And it was a slow night there too. Will never go back!

Outstanding eats! Try their hibachi grilled shrimp! It was delicious!

This restaurant is AMAZING!!! The food was excellent (and they offer a fantastic array of gluten-free food, which means that my mother actually got a good meal for a change), and the service was beyond excellent. I've worked in both food and retail, so I'm hard to annoy, but I'm also somewhat difficult to impress -- but Perkins did. I actually cannot remember the last time I had such good service and food at the same time, and I would seriously consider driving to Ponca City just to eat there. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Definitely a great place to eat! Customer service was a little lacking but the food was very good. The pies and baked goods looked really good as well! I ordered the Sonoma Chicken Salad Croissant with a side salad and was not disappointed.

A clean and cheerful place with many food options depending only on the time of day. Staff are alert to your needs and smile so often....my cheeks hurt. Basic comfort foods to meet most requirements.

The food is great. The menu is well thought-out and put together nicely. The restaurant itself was very clean including the air vents. The wait staff was exceptionally nice and well groomed. I was overall very impressed with the restaurant as a whole. I will definitely be going back whenever I am down this way. So if you have the opportunity to go to the Ponka City Perkins family restaurant, do not pass it up. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Nasty food for lunch and dinner, breakfast is ok.

Service was slow but pleasant. I had strawberry croissant French toast with strawberries combo. I asked for no whipped cream but I got it anyway and just scooped it off. Poached soft eggs was good. Coffee was good. I took a star off because of the service. She was pleasant but forgot some details. But maybe they were understaffed.

Yummy food good place to eat very friendly

I can't fault this place. If you didn't know - it's much like ihop, denny's & waffle house in what to expect from the wide variety menu. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything between, you can't go wrong with a visit to Perkins and satisfying that appetite.

This is the 2nd time I went there and the pastries was the worst... I just brought a brownie from them and it was the worst

Great service! Has improved so much from the past. Ordered the strawberry crepes last night, and they were amazing. Had a pretty big group of people, got our order taken very quickly. Food came out promptly and we all were satisfied. Will definitely be back

Tuesdays kids eat free, great staff, fast service

This was my first time of visiting Perkins and it was good. I enjoyed my dinner. I had a hamburger and fries.

My waitress was friendly. The food is always good. My favorite breakfast place.

Stood there by the front for a solid 5 minutes for people to say hey, hello, welcome backs guys, and then we sat for another 5 waiting for someone to take us to sit somewhere and whole lotta staring at us and no one actually taking us to our table to eat

We had a big group so service was slow. However our waitress did a great job. Strawberry pie is fantastic. French toast was great. We also tried the new pot roast sandwich and it is a must try!

The food was good. But the service was not . They brought my salad out but didn't bring no civilware . Then she took a order before she brought the civilware. Then she left came back about 10 minutes later with my food . I ask for ketchup n hot sauce. It took 8min I time her. To bring that back. Did not she no more till I was done eating. I needed a refill on my water doing the time I was eating. Get ready to check out she was up there checking people out. She checked out the man in front of me. Then left another and me standing there like she didn't even see us.

More than a restaraunt, its a home to were you can come and be treated as family. Traveled over 12 hours to Ponca City for work purposes arriving tired and hungry with a headache. But as soon as i stepped into the restaurant, not only was the food was tender and flavorly but rhe service was exeptional. Will definitely make a comeback. Oh and almost forgot , Way better than I Hop.

Left after waiting 10 minutes at a table and was never acknowledged. Found the best italian eatery after I left with exceptional service from the waitress who got a $20 tip. Your loss.

Decent good and very slow service

Had breakfast, place was spotless ,waitress Amanda was professional, she wore a mask . gloves and practice her social distancing. (Who would have thought, we would be living like this)... Food was delicious, I had eggs ,bacon and breakfast potatoes. Will definitely be back.

Great food. Service was good but slow. Place needs to be updated, it is old and has a weird smell.

When we arrived at 8pm. There were just a few tables occupied. We were the only two waiting to be seated. The hostess greeted and sat us after 22 minutes. After our order we waited 55 minutes for our food...has been better but not this time....be prepared to wait no matter how busy.

Lots of meal options at all times. Optimal service, sometimes it does get busy and it takes a bit of time for the waitress to get around. Take note, the waitress has 10 other tables they have to get to. It is a sit down restaurant not McDonald’s, sit and stay awhile. Chill out. It’s delicious and it’s worth it.

Normally good but this time wasn't. Waited 30 minutes before someone took our order. Food was cold and not great. Should have just left like we were going to. Very disappointed.

It's good food and great coffee and the y stay open longer than the rest
